Pursuant to art. 13 of d.lgs. n. 196/03, we inform you that A.S.T. S.p.a., Data Controller, is in charge of the processing of personal data, through its own application dedicated to the management of telematic tenders, by means of registration to the electronic form and transmission of documentation via electronic platform, in order to allow access and fruition to the service, and to provide users with ID and password to access the reserved area and participate in telematic tenders.
The processing of data is mandatory in order to comply with the obligations established by law, to pursuit purposes of significant public interest, as well as to assist the user, verify the quality of the service offered or send further information.
The data provided can be brought to the knowledge of third parties, whenever they are necessary and indispensable (or somehow functional) for the performance of A.S.T. S.p.a.’s activities related to this service.
In particular, they can be transferred to our partners and employees, specifically designated, or third parties (such as maintainers of IT systems, or Studio Amica, in charge of platform management and security measures), always within the scope of related tasks. In any case, these data will not be disclosed.
The provision of such data, also of judicial ones, is necessary to perform the registration, to allow the participation in the procedure, and to verify the possession of the requirements. Total or partial refusal to the processing of personal data implicates the impossibility to register to the service and to participate in the telematic tender.
A.S.T. S.p.a. ensures that the processing of personal data is carried out in compliance with fundamental rights and freedoms, as well as the dignity of the person concerned, with particular reference to the confidentiality of personal identity and the right to personal data protection.
The data will be processed until the completion of the assignment procedure, and stored in accordance with the rules on conservation of administrative documentation, or as long as Italian law permits in order to protect the legitimate interests of A.S.T. S.p.a..
All rights pursuant art. 15-20 of EU Regulation 2016/679 are guaranteed to suppliers registering and taking part in the telematic tenders; in particular, the right to access personal data and to require modification, update or cancelation, if incomplete, wrong or collected illicitly, and to refuse their processing for legitimate reasons, sending request to the Data Protection Officer at .
